​🏠 The Space & Amenities
​Enjoy private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces.
We provide a starter kit to help you settle in for the first few days.
​Essentials:
Trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, dish soap and washing powder.
Olive oil, tea, coffee, sweetener, salt and pepper.

​Bath:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet paper and fresh towels.

​Pool Perks:
We provide dedicated blue/black towels for your trips to the sparkling pools at the Chalet Village Clubhouses!
The South Baden pool just 0.4 miles away.

​The Hot Tub:
Freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled for every guest. It should be kept between 100°F and 104°F.
Note: If you arrive and it’s still warming up, simply keep the cover on for a few hours.

​Outdoor Grill:
A park-style charcoal grill is available. Please bring your own charcoal & wood (wood-burning stove.)

​🐻 Important:
Bear Safety & Wildlife
​We share this beautiful mountain with local black bears, foxes and coyotes!
In order to keep you and the wildlife safe Please;
Keep cars locked. Bears can (and will) open car doors.
Keep windows rolled up & sunroof closed.
​Never leave food or trash in your car or on the deck unattended.
Maintain a respectful distance and never approach or feed them.

​Proximity to Nature:
We provide monthly pest treatments, but given our location next to the National Park, an occasional mountain "visitor" (bug or critter) may find its way inside.

​📋 Guest Guidelines
​Check-in: 4:00 PM (Door code sent the day prior via email.)
​Check-out: 10:00 AM.

​Parking:
Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No street parking allowed.

​Age Limit:
Minimum renter age is 18.
The primary renter must be present for the entire duration of the stay.

​Before You Leave:
To help our cleaners prepare for the next guest, please:
​Empty the refrigerator.
​Place all trash in the bear-proof outdoor receptacle.
​Load and start the dishwasher.
Log out of smart tv.

Unlike many mountain stays, our driveway is uncomplicated. It features straightforward, easily accessible parking situated right off the main road.

📝 Booking Requirements & Check-In

​To ensure a seamless start to your vacation, we require two quick steps following your Airbnb booking:

​POC Form & Agreement:
Please complete the Point of Contact (POC) form and sign our Renter Agreement. This is required for all guests visiting Thula Chalet.

Once the agreement is signed, our system will be able to generate your unique automated door code.
You will receive your access code and check-in instructuons via your registered email one day prior to your arrival.

Other things to note
As life happens, we strongly suggest travel insurance.
We cannot provide refunds for circumstances outside of our control, including weather, natural disasters, or personal life events.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, the heating, door lock, and Smart TV are all integrated via our high-speed Wi-Fi. This allows us to ensure the cabin is at the right temperature for your arrival and that your unique entry code is always active.
Please keep the Wi-Fi router plugged in during your stay to ensure these amenities continue to function smoothly.
